GRETNA — A debt collector is seeking damages for sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit May 15 against Clint Desselle of Gretna in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a Sears account for $2,462.08.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
