GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking damages for an open account.
Discover Bank filed a suit May 17 against Mireya L. Modinger of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account on a credit card for the balance of $6,184.14.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
