First National Bank of Omaha claims Jefferson Parish man failed to pay Visa account

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $27,000 in open account.

First National Bank of Omaha filed a suit May 25 against Ernest J. Aiavolasiti of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account of $27,239.02 accumulated on a Visa credit card.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Alexander D. Bukaty of Edward F. Bukaty III in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 772524.
