GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages for an open account.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit May 25 against Tower Site Services in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendant a credit card which was used to make $32,613.68 in purchases and charges. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff for the sums due.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
