Capital One alleges Jefferson Parish residents owe over $8,000

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $8,000.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit May 25 against Terri S. Tullier and Michael L. Tullier of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking the balance of $8,248.80 that was accumulated on a credit card and was never paid.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 772510.
