GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $10,000 on an open account.
Bank of America N.A. filed a suit May 22 against Diane Rogers of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account for the balance of $10,016.88.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremy L. Nusloch.
