GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking damages on an open account.
Discover Bank filed a suit May 19 against August A. Schultz III of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account of $4,252.23 that the defendant failed to pay off.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Topefer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
