GRETNA – A company is seeking more than $130,000.
GMFS LLC filed a suit May 30 against Tammy R. Callender, also known as Tammy Callender, of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an unpaid promissory note in the amount of $130,940.72. The defendant has failed to make the required payments.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Corey J. Giroir of The Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.
