GRETNA – A debt collector claims that it is owed more than $5,000.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit May 18 against Kenneth Hill Jr. of Metairie in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance of $5,253.28 accumulated on a Barclaycard.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
