Grambling State claims student failed to pay over $1,000

NEW ORLEANS – A university is seeking over $1,000 from a student.

University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through Grambling State University filed a lawsuit May 31 against Ryan Joseph Galle in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account. 

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of $1,165.66, which the defendant owes and has not paid for services/goods issued by the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of sums due. 

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Rokeya J. Morris of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
