NEW ORLEANS – An equipment company claims it was never paid.
Preferred Pump & Equipment LP filed a lawsuit June 2 against Empire Water Solutions LLC and Eric Blue in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of sums due for the balance of $22,584.08 plus attorneys costs and court fees and interest.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay the plaintiff in a timely manner.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Gregory J. Feeney of Kelly Hart Pitre in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
