GRETNA – An East Baton Rouge Parish company is seeking payment for an open account.
SEMS Inc. filed a suit June 5 against Brothers Petroleum LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $7,146.50.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay the plaintiff for services it provided.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Stephen E. Broyles of Stephen E. Broyles LLC in Baton Rouge.
