GRETNA – A surgical center is seeking more than $40,000 from a customer.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Co. LLC filed a suit June 6 against Tyronayshea Barabino of New Orleans in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $40,990.56 from the defendant for services issued.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. is represented by Jenna Linn of Bankston & Associates in Baton Rouge.
