GRETNA – A debt collector claims that it is owed more than $2,000.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit June 6 against John Johnson of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the defendant's Care Credit account which holds a current balance owing of $2,392.10.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton, Michael Lancaster and Kevin Gillie of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
