GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking a payment.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit June 6 against Michelle Frederick of Westwego in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the defendant's Sears account, which has a balance owing of $4,351.68.
The defendant is accused of owing sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton, Michael Lancaster and Kevin Gillie of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
