GRETNA – A debt collector claims that a customer from Gretna owes more than $1,300.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit June 6 against Kanyetta Guilford in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the defendant's Ashley Stewart account for the balance of $1,314.31.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April Jackson.
