Orleans Parish woman allegedly owes $20,000 on lease

GRETNA – A credit corporation is seeking damages for sums due.

Credit Acceptance Corp. filed a suit June 5 against Rebbekah Lewis of Orleans Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a Mercedes-Benz lease. The plaintiff is seeking $20,368.60 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward Bukaty III, Warren Wingerter Jr., Alexander Bukaty of Edward Bukaty III in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
