GRETNA – A financial company is seeking damages for an unpaid promissory note.
DiTech Financial LLC filed a suit June 7 against Astrid Andara of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a note.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendant a promissory note towards a mortgage for the balance of $127,200. The suit states that the defendant has failed to continue monthly payments and owes $114,636.87.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Tabitha Mangano of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
