Discover Bank claims man owes $6,500

GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking damages for sums due and garnishment.

Discover Bank, issuer of a Discover Card, filed a suit June 12 against Jeffrey Randolph Clark, also known as Jeffrey P. Clark, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the payment of a sum of $6,716.43. The plaintiff has reason to believe that the defendant is owed funds by Project Consulting Service and should garnish the necessary payments. 

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Everette C. Altdoerffer of Stephen Bruce & Associates in Edmond, Oklahoma.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
