GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking payment of sums due.
Discover Bank filed a suit June 13 against Christi Walding of Jefferson in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the defendant's Discover Card, which carries an unpaid balance of $14,040.99.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Everette Altdoerffer of Stephen Bruce & Associates in Edmond, Oklahoma.
