Whitney Bank claims Jefferson Parish companies owe on promissory notes

GRETNA – Whitney Bank is seeking sums allegedly due from Jefferson Parish companies.

Whitney Bank filed a suit June 14 against Dyess Medical Center Inc. and Tower Properties LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of sums due on promissory notes. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay sums of $29,693.39, $9,879.39, $1,830.79, $229,333.36, $13,455.47 and $212.70.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by David Waguespack of Carver, Darden, Koretzky, Tessier, Finn, Blossman & Areaux LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
