Barclays Bank claims customer owes more than $6,000

GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages of over $6,000 on an unpaid credit card.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a suit June 16 against Barbara L. Perrin of Barataria in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the defendant's MasterCard which currently has a balance of $6,018.70.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
