Barclays Bank Delaware seeks almost $5,000 on MasterCard account

GRETNA – A bank is seeking nearly $5,000.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a suit June 16 against James E. Wells of Westwego in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the defendant's MasterCard account with a balance of $4,852.55.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
