NEW ORLEANS – An Orleans Parish-based company is seeking nearly $50,000 on an open account.
Surface Systems Inc. filed a lawsuit June 21 against PVG Global LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $48,783. The suit states that despite completing work for the defendant, the plaintiff has not been paid.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Michael R. C. Riess of Kingsmill Riess LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
