GRETNA – Capital One is seeking over $2,600 on a credit card.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit June 27 against Alex Doss of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging a balance due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account on a credit card for the balance of $2,691.27.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
