GRETNA – A funding company is seeking damages for a Terrytown resident's open account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit June 22 against Willi LaFrance in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the balance of $8,382.68 on a Sam's Club account.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
