Gulfco of Louisiana claims Jefferson Parish man defaulted on payments

GRETNA – A loan company is seeking damages for sums due of more than $2,000 from a Jefferson Parish resident.

Gulfco of Louisiana LLC, doing business as Tower Loan of Cut Off, filed a suit June 5 against Norman J. Plaisance Jr., also known as Norman Plaisance Jr., in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with the balance of $2,035.94. 

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gray H. McCraw III of Rogers, Cater & Payne LLC in Shreveport.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
