GRETNA – A company is seeking damages for sums due on a lease.
Terry Parkway Property LLC filed a suit against Geaux Pizza LLC and Ray Williams Jr. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on the lease of a property at 651 Terry Parkway, Suite 102, Gretna. The suit states the defendant abandoned the property without paying the full amount owed. The plaintiff is still seeking payment of $20,880.
