American Express claims Jefferson Parish man failed to pay over $22,000

GRETNA – American Express is seeking damages for sums due of more than $22,000.

American Express Centurion Bank filed a suit July 10 against Catherine Haydel of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an American Express account with a balance of $22,484.89.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Olivier of The DeGrasse Law Firm in Mandeville.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
