GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking payment of a Sears account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit July 13 against Floyd Jones of Gretna in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account for the balance of $3,301.28 plus interest on a Sears account.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
