Capital One seeking nearly $3,000 from Jefferson Parish resident

GRETNA – Capital One Bank claims a Jefferson Parish resident owes more than $2,500.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit against Antonique T. Williams in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a credit card balance, which is $2,787.31.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a credit card.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
