GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking sums due on a Lowe's account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit against Parlee Harper of Terrytown in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking sums due in the amount of $3,143.14 plus interest on a Lowe's account.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
