GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for sums due of more than $2,500.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit against Calvin Tate of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of sums due in the amount of $2,607.42 plus interest on a Best Buy account.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
