McGittigan Investments allegedly failed to repay $100,000 promissory note

GRETNA – An investment company is being sued for allegedly not repaying a loan.

Roshan Desai filed a suit against Sean McGittigan and McGittigan Investments LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a promissory note and open account.

According to the claim, on Feb. 14, 2017, the plaintiff issued a promissory note to the defendant for $100,000 which was to be paid back in $5,000 weekly payments. However, the defendant has allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff back.

The defendant is accused of open account and breach of a promissory note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Zachary J. Delerno of the Law Office of Zachary J. Delerno in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
