Bossier Parish Community College seeks nearly $5,000 from Jefferson Parish man

GRETNA – A community college is seeking nearly $5,000.

Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Bossier Parish Community College filed a suit against Devin S. Walker of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with the balance of $4,797.35 plus interest accrued. 

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Anthony D. Winters of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
