Bank of America claims Jefferson Parish woman owes more than $16,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages for an open account.

Bank of America filed a suit against Kimberly Worley Trecek of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the amount of $16,445.86 plus interest. The suit states that the defendant has failed to make payments on the account.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
