GRETNA – A company is seeking more than $50,000, claiming it never received payment for electrical contracting services.
Greg Lail LLC filed a suit against Arvind N. "Mike" Vira, Airport Motel LLC and 1300 Holiday Inn Airport LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of $54,598.54 for electrical installation work. The defendants have allegedly failed to pay for the completed work.
The defendants are accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Robert M. Kallam and Brian J. Lindsey of Preis PLC in Lafayette.
