2 individuals accused of defaulting on contract with Best Chevrolet

GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking more than $6,500 from a customer who it claims failed to maintain a payment contract.

Cavalry SPV I LLC, as assignee of Crescent Bank & Trust, filed a suit against Greg Cardinale and Neeley Pitre in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is payment on a retail installment contract with Best Chevrolet with a balance of $6,833.94 plus interest.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward F. Bukaty of Edward F. Bukaty PLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
