Individual accused of owing over $3,000 on Premier Nissan contract

GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking more than $3,000 from a customer.

Cavalry SPV I LLC as assignee of Crescent Bank & Trust filed a suit against Leverne Fisher in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment on a retail installment contract with Premier Nissan LLC with a balance of $3,443.37. The suit states that the defendant has failed to keep up with payments outlined in the contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward F. Bukaty of Edward F. Bukaty PLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
