GRETNA – A debt collection company claims that a Gretna woman owes more than $3,000 on her HH Gregg credit card.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit on Sept. 19 against Debra Alfaro in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging she owes the balance of $3,371.83 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
