Jefferson Parish man allegedly owes university more than $4,000

GRETNA — A New Orleans university is seeking the balance on a past due account held by a Jefferson Parish man.

The University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through the University of New Orleans filed a suit on Sept. 18 against Cameron Louis Johnson in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging he owes a balance of $4,352.00 plus interest, on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Amy Richard of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
