GRETNA –A bank is suing a customer, seeking more than $2,700.
Capital One Bank filed a suit Oct. 23 against Alexander H.Vallacchi IV in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, Capital One seeks payment of an open account balance of $2,740.85. The suit states Vallachi has failed to pay the balance owed.
Capital One seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Laura A. Guiliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
