Capital One alleges customer owes more than $6,000

GRETNA –Capital One is suing a customer, alleging she owes more than $6,000.

Capital One Bank filed a suit Oct. 23 against Lisa P. Legaux in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Capital One seeks damages for an open account of $6,601.14, plus interest for sums due that Legaux has not played.

Capital One seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 777081.
