GRETNA –Capital One is suing a customer, alleging he owes more than $2,000.
Capital One Bank filed a suit Oct. 23 against Keith C. Peterson in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, Capital One seeks the balance of $2,346.45 plus interest for sums accumulated.
The defendant is accused of open account.
Capital One Bank seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Laura A. Guiliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
