Barclay's alleges Visa customer owes more than $7,600

GRETNA –A bank is suing a Visa customer, alleging she owes more than $7,600.

Barclay's Bank Delaware filed a suit Oct. 24 against Cassandra R. Scott in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, Barclay's is seeking damages for an open account of $7,647.07 on a Visa card.

Barclay's seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 777139.
