Barclay's alleges Mastercard customer owes more than $3,500

GRETNA –Barclay's is suing a customer, alleging he owes more than $3,500.

Barclay's Bank Delaware filed a suit Oct. 24 against Steven J. Robert in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, Barclay's is seeking damages for an open account of $3,592.58, plus interest. The suit states Robert has failed to pay off a Mastercard account.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

Barclay's is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is is represented by attorney Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 777136.
