Capital One alleges credit card customer owes more than $4,500

GRETNA –Capital One Bank is suing a credit card customer, alleging she owes more than $4,500.

Capital One Bank filed a suit Oct. 23 against Kathleen M. Brennan in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Capital One seeks damages for an open account of $4,523.44, plus interest, alleging Brennan has failed to pay off the balance on a credit card.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

Capital One seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Laura A. Guiliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller. 

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 777071.
