Capital One alleges credit card customer owes nearly $6,000

GRETNA -- Capital One is suing a credit card customer, alleging he owes nearly $6,000

Capital One Bank filed a suit Oct. 23 against Christopher Tastet in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Capital One seeks damages for an open account balance of $5,965.37, plus interest, alleging Tastet has failed to pay off a credit card balance.

Capital One seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Laura A. Guiliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 777098.
