Gretna man allegedly owes nearly $5,000 on Best Buy account

GRETNA — A creditor is seeking nearly $5,000 on a Best Buy account.

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit on Nov. 2 against Cam Nguyen of Gretna in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $4,393.36 plus interest. The plaintiff made amicable demand on Sept. 1, 2017, but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
