GRETNA — A financial company is seeking more than $7,000 for an open account.
OneMain Financial of Louisiana Inc., formerly known as Springleaf Financial Services of Louisiana Inc., filed a suit on Nov. 14 against Donald C. Manieri Jr. of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging he owes the balance of $7,107.03 plus interest on a promissory note.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Naomi A. Cohen Ivker of Zarzaur and Schwartz PC in Birmingham.
The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
